- Valid Identity document shown clearly.
- Paper with transaction date, amount with currency and signature.
We suggest asking a friend to assist you with your selfie or making use of a selfie stick, timer or photography assistance of your choice.
Where should you find the information needed:
- Go to the Withdrawal tab.
- Scroll downwards to Withdrawal History and find your latest withdrawal.
