The following procedure will guide you on how to receive our emails which have been sent to your spam or junk folder into your inbox folder.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Login to your Outlook account.
- From the Settings icon, click on the View All Outlook Settings option.
- In the Mail tab, select the Junk Email folder.
- From the Safe Senders and Domains section, type in support@aikomarkets.com and aikomarkets-no-reply@aikomarkets.com.
Incoming mail from this point onwards should be received to your Inbox folder.
