The following procedure will guide you on how to receive our emails which have been sent to your spam or junk folder into your inbox folder.


Step-by-Step Guide



  1.  Login to your Outlook account.

  2. From the Settings icon, click on the View All Outlook Settings option.



  3. In the Mail tab, select the Junk Email folder.

  4. From the Safe Senders and Domains section, type in support@aikomarkets.com and aikomarkets-no-reply@aikomarkets.com.


Incoming mail from this point onwards should be received to your Inbox folder.
