It is important to "Safe List" our e-mail address in your e-mail provider since essential information is sent through e-mails containing account credentials, updates, promotions, and server maintenance dates. This will remove any possibilities of such e-mails ending up in your spam or junk folder.

- Click Settings.
- Choose Filter from the left-hand side.
- Click Add next to the Allow list section.
- Type in our e-mail: aikomarkets-no-reply@aikomarkets.com.
- Click Save.
